GT RADIAL CHAMPIRO 328 WARRANTY

• LIMITED FREE REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

  GITI Tire (USA), Ltd. warrants to the original purchaser, that every new PSR, LTR or TBR tire produced by GITI Tire and sold by GITI Tire (USA), Ltd., will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship. This warranty is limited to four (4) years from the original date of manufacturing. Any tire adjusted utilizing this Limited Free Replacement Warranty, will be replaced at no charge if the tire fails during the first 2/32” of the original tread depth, due to a defect in materials and/or workmanship. This warranty is limited to the respective usable tread depth, which is the original tread depth reduced by 2/32”.

  After the expiration of the free replacement terms above mentioned (the first 2/32” of tread wear), any adjustment processed due to an actual defect in materials and/or workmanship will be adjusted on a prorated basis utilizing the Adjustment Wear Chart and Claim Application Form provided by GITI Tire (USA), Ltd.

• LIMITATIONS

  THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY

  • Road hazard injury (e.g., a cut, snag, bruise, impact damage or puncture).
  • Ozone or weather checking.
  • The addition of liquid, solid or gaseous materials other than air, nitrogen or carbon dioxide (e.g. water based sealers or balancing substances).
  • Flat spotting caused by improper storage.
  • Use in commercial applications for tread wear claims.
  • Uneven or rapid wear which is caused by mechanical irregularity in the vehicle such as wheel misalignment.
  • Tires used in commercial application including but not limited to: police, taxi and limousine applications.
  • Tire damage of any kind caused by misuse, improper maintenance, overloading, racing, improper inflation, chain damage, high speed spin out(s), or the mechanical condition of the vehicle.
  • Vehicles used outside the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada.
  • Continued use while tire is flat or severely under inflated.
  • Tires with serial number cut or buffed. Tires must have Department of Transportation identification numbers.
  • Tire damage due to wreck, collision, chemical contamination, fire or vandalism.
  • Any GT Radial Champiro328 tire altered to change its appearance after date of purchase.
  • Tire damage due to improper mounting/tire/wheel balancing or demounting.
  • Any GT Radial Champiro 328 tire that becomes unserviceable due to workmanship or material defects covered by the GT Radial Tire Limited Warranty.

  EXCLUSIONS

  Employees, agents or dealers of GiTi Tire Co., Ltd. are not authorized to create warranties, make pledges or agreements of any type or to make representations on the part of GiTi Tire Co., Ltd., that are not stated in this warranty.

• LEGAL RIGHTS AND EXCLUSIONS

  Any tire no matter how well constructed could possibly fail while in service due to conditions beyond the control of GiTi Tire Co., Ltd. Nothing stated in the warranty is intended to represent that tire failures cannot occur.

  GiTi Tire Co., Ltd. will not assume any responsibility or obligation involving its tires beyond the specifics set forth in this warranty.

  This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Other rights may apply to you and differ from state to state.

  This mileage warranty is applicable only in the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada

  GiTi Tire Co., Ltd. declines all liability for consequential or incidental damage to the extent permitted by law.

  Some states do not permit limiting or excluding incidental and or consequential damage, so the about exclusion may not apply.

  Tire failure can and may occur due to under inflation and or overloading. You must follow the instructions in the owners manual and vehicle placards as they relate to proper air pressure and loading capability.

  Your vehicle placard may specify speed rated tires. GiTi Tire Co, Ltd. recommends that you follow these specification and purchase replacement tires of an equal or greater speed rating. GiTi Tire Co., Ltd. Does not recommend exceeding the posted speed limits, nor does it imply that vehicles can be safely driven at the speeds for which the tires are rated.

  Improper mounting can cause explosion of the tire and rim assembly. Only qualified, specially trained persons should mount tires.

  Radial tires must be mounted on approved rims.

  Do not overspin tires when stuck on ice, snow, mud or sand. Never spin the tires in excess of 35 mph as indicated on the speedometer. Personal injury, property damage, tire disintegration, or axle failure may result from excessive wheel spinning.
